Construction
Airbank built the Puffer Pro to last. The piston bowl uses PTFE+PI (Teflon + Polyurethane) — the same class of material used in industrial pumps — delivering significantly longer service life than the fluororubber found in budget electric pumps. Structural housing is moulded from nylon + fibreglass composite rated to 200°C, and the air intake valve is machined from 304 stainless steel for genuine corrosion resistance in salty, beachside environments.
