Australia-Wide Shipping
1. Standard Shipping – StarTrack
StarTrack is our standard shipping service for orders within Australia. Rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on the size and weight of your items, and vary by delivery state.
2. FREE Shipping (Orders $499+)
Enjoy free shipping on orders over $499 (order subtotal after any discounts or coupons are applied).
- Includes Authority to Leave (ATL), so your parcel can be left in a secure location — no signature required.
- Helps avoid re-delivery fees due to missed deliveries.
- Free shipping does not apply to oversize or bulky items — see below.
3. Oversize and Bulky Items
Some items don’t qualify for free shipping due to their size or handling requirements. These fall into two categories:
Oversize items (over 105cm in length): surfboards/directionals, foilboards, downwind boards, twintips and foil sets. These items always carry a shipping fee, but on orders over $499 (after discounts and coupons) we cover half the freight cost automatically at checkout.
Bulky items: SUP boards, SUP packages, long paddles, and large or collapsible travel bags. Due to the extra handling and cost involved in shipping these items, they are always charged at the full shipping rate shown at checkout, regardless of order size.
4. Local Pickup – KR Shop (St Kilda)

5. Bay Area Pickup & Delivery (VIC)
For customers around Port Phillip Bay, we offer additional pickup and delivery options — especially useful for oversize and bulky items where freight costs add up.
- Friendly Pickup Locations: as well as our St Kilda store, you can arrange pickup in Seaford or Ocean Grove.
- Bay Area Delivery: we do our best to deliver local orders along the route between St Kilda and Seaford, or St Kilda and Ocean Grove, on available days.

Delivery Timeframes
In-stock items are packed and dispatched from our St Kilda Store via StarTrack.
- Major metro areas: 1–3 business days after dispatch
- Other areas across Australia: 3–5 business days after dispatch
- Remote locations may take longer
- Orders placed before 1:00 PM (weekdays) are usually shipped same day
- Orders placed after 1:00 PM are dispatched within 24 hours on business days
Once your order is packed, you’ll receive a confirmation with tracking details.
Backorder items: some products on backorder can be shipped directly from our supplier’s warehouse, which often gets your gear to you faster than waiting for it to arrive in-store first. We’ll always let you know if your order is being sent this way, along with an estimated delivery time. Note that tracking may be limited or unavailable for supplier-direct shipments.
New Zealand Shipping
We ship to New Zealand via FedEx or UPS courier, with signature on delivery. Shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout based on the item ordered.
- Prices exclude Australian GST; any NZ duties or import taxes are payable by the customer.
- The following items cannot be shipped to New Zealand due to size or battery restrictions: surfboards/directionals, foilboards, downwind boards, SUP boards, SUP packages, inflatable SUP packages, long paddles, and electric pumps. Contact us to arrange freight for these items.
Rest-of-World Shipping
We ship worldwide. At checkout, international shipping shows as $0 — our team will email you the exact courier cost, charged at cost, for your approval before your order is processed.
- A minimum order subtotal of $1,000 AUD applies to orders shipping outside Australia and New Zealand, as international freight is not cost-effective for us to arrange below this amount. If your order is under this amount, please contact us to discuss freight options.
- Prices exclude Australian GST; any duties or import taxes are payable by the customer.
- The same items excluded from New Zealand shipping (surfboards/directionals, foilboards, downwind boards, SUP boards, SUP packages, inflatable SUP packages, long paddles, and electric pumps) cannot be shipped internationally.
