The 4.0 generation’s headline upgrade is the Fused Core & Mesh — the acoustic membrane is now bonded directly into the core body with reinforced adhesive, eliminating the delamination risk that affected older models. The core itself is made with 91% post-consumer recycled plastic, including ocean-recovered material, and the storage case is partly made from repurposed silicone rubber.
