SUP Training Sessions
Warwick Lee, the KR SUP CENTRE Manager runs morning training groups 3 times per week as well as a number of weekend Ocean Paddles when there’s a gap in the race schedule. Please see below for the official group description!
The HMB Sup Vic Training Group is a collective of like-minded people who not only enjoy the buzz of stand-up paddling, but also enjoy the fitness, health, and mental benefits it brings. Our group trains Monday, Wednesday, and Friday [weather permitting]. We are very inclusive and welcome people to come and train with us, despite ability level, fitness, or whatever board you paddle. Basically, an open invitation to finally stop thinking about it and a great chance to actually do it. So, if you think it’s time to step it up, then please feel free to join us.
