Experience St Kildas famous Little Penguin colony in a way unlike any other! Immerse yourself in stunning sunset hues as you glide across the tranquil waters of Port Phillip Bay. Enjoy private, uninterrupted views of the iconic Melbourne skyline as adorable waddles of penguins swim around you, returning from their day of fishing. If you’re lucky, you might even witness the mesmerizing glow of bioluminescent algae lighting up the water!

Logistics
This experience can be enjoyed directly from our home at St Kilda beach. The boards will need to be collected before the shop closes for the day and a deposit to be left. The boards will then need to be returned by midday the following day.
Paddle out from the beach, under or around the pier, and through the marina. The penguins live throughout the rock wall and should start to come home once the sun has set. Keep an eye out for Bruce, the big resident seal who lives at the end of the rock wall.
