You couldn’t ask for a nicer group of people for the KR CLUB Ride Day – Inverloch – Nov 14th. It was great to see plenty of smiles, lots of great questions and interest in learning and stepping things up during the start of day Clinics.
With the entire inlet to ourselves it was the perfect setup for a great day out there on the water. Unfortunately our wind addiction was only sated for brief half hour spurts as we battled wind tha
t was only perfect for the bigger kites and boards and left a few of us rotating through the larger sized kites.
An epic game of Kubb took place during lunch as the BBQ fired up and once we had refuelled and got the competitive Kubb out of our way we were back on the water making the most of the lighter winds to learn new skills like trying directional and alaia boards during the afternoon session.
